consists of two double bedrooms with the possibility of up to 4 single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a wide windowed living-room with a kitchenette and the possibility of two additional beds (sofa beds) inside, a large private outdoor terrace; laundry service is shared in a service-room outside the flat.
Villa Teresa is surrounded by a luxurious vegetation and offers an exclusive sea view over the Gulf of Andora. Parking inside.

Check-in from 4pm, check-out until 10 am.
Bookings are accepted and confirmed after receipt of the payment (bank transfer) of 30% of the total amount due for the period.

Gas/water/energy consumption, utilities: 100 euros. In wintertime (October - April) the additional cost of 50 euros per week is applied for heating.
Final cleaning fees: 80 euros.
Bedlinen and towels can be borrowed on request - price 35 euros per person per week.
Deposit: 2,000 euros, to be paid at the pick up of the keys and returned at check-out.
The total due amout must be transferred within 45 days prior to arrival.
