Two-room-apartment
The two-room-apartment (Apartment B) consists of a large double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a fully windowed living room with a kitchenette and the possibility of two additional beds (sofa beds), a large private terrace with an exclusive sea view on the Gulf of Andora. Parking inside.
VILLA TERESA
It is composed of two apartments - a 3-room-apartment (A) and a 2-room-apartment (B).
It’s the ideal place for guests seeking a quiet and exclusive location at the seaside, a few kilometers from Garlenda Golf resort, Sanremo and Montecarlo.
Villa Teresa is situated 2 Km from the beach and Pinamare Rocks, 3 Km from the center of Andora village and 0.6 Km far from Pinamare exclusive Sporting Club with its four tennis courts, a large swimming pool, bars and restaurant inside.

The three-room-apartment (Apartment A)
consists of two double bedrooms with the possibility of up to 4 single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a wide windowed living-room with a kitchenette and the possibility of two additional beds (sofa beds) inside, a large private outdoor terrace; laundry service is shared in a service-room outside the flat.
